Descripción

A white commercial van parked about 3 feet front building providing a shield for a white male, approx. 6 feet and second white male as they tagged. Both males wore white painters coverall type clothing, air mask and head cover. I thought they were cleaning the graffiti until I observed air spray gun with hose coming out of truck. As I slowed to make a u-turn, they jumped in their van and took off.
