He kicked me out one day when I was sitting on a bench nursing my baby because "it was time to close." I explained it would only be another couple of minutes. It was so arbitrary and aggravating. He was rude about it.

I have also seen him acting rudely every other time I have seen him closing up. So unpleasant.

This individual sounds disturbed and should not be allowed near our children. We are a great group of parents who would be willing to work together to ensure the safety of our children. With the number of parents now in the neighborhood, I agree with Nicole D. that we can probably get more than enough volunteers.

It is not and should not be a problem to nurse a child in a public playground. Yet this man is harassing nursing moms.

The Parks Department has been contacted. The gentleman currently serving as Tot Lot attendant will be removed of his volunteer duties right away. Thank you for letting us know about this matter and feel free to contact the CB14 office should any other issues arise in the future.
