Description

At 4:30 AM this morning I was walking my dog down Park Street and there was music blaring from Viva Zapata. It could be heard up and down the entire block. Nobody appeared to be inside the bar and the door was locked. This is the second Monday in the past three weeks I've heard music blasting from Viva's between 4 AM and 5 AM. The bar manager and/or liquor permittee needs to be contacted.
