Description

New major depressions forming in the NB lanes - California ave between Foothill Pkwy and Chase Sinkholes have been previously repaired at the manhole covers but now the large depressions are in the roadway not adjacent to a manhole This problem is becoming more serious and the band-aid fixes aren't working Please fix it once and for all before it opens up under a vehicle
