We have reported this to National Grid back in JULY, however I will contact them again to have this taken care of. Typically if it is not a power line they will contact the other utility companies (Verizon and/or Comcast) to have the wire re-coiled to the pole.
National Grid & Verizon have been contacted and the down wire has been reported to both. Each utility will have a technician out to assess the down wire.
