Description

Illegal dumping caught on home security camera. It took place in several locations near the corner of 12th St and Mandela Pkway. It began on Jan 6, 2017 around 9:55 PM, and lasted for nearly 30 minutes. The dumped items are primarily in front of 1415 12th St (the vacant lot on the corner of 12th and Mandela), in front of the home at 1427 12th St, and on the corner next to 1408 12th St. Several shopping carts full of trash and small appliances were left, and their contents were scattered all over the public sidewalks.
