Description

the shopping center of the Simply Fresh Market on DuPont street is over water and there are many broken sprinklers there. when they water at night, excessive run off runs all the way to JUST SOCCER. In the area between Just Soccer and Simply Fresh Market many broken sprinklers shots water up to two stories height. and that area is just all brown.
