That's because they can. Laws don't apply to the homeless because advocates feel sorry for them. These people choose the life style and I'm tired of the excuses.

The homeless camp is right back where it was- I think we need more permanent solutions?? It's not working-

I stopped saying thanks until I know the work was done. This game of wack a mole or the homeless shuffle has to stop. The debris field these people create and leave is unbelievable. Major health and public safety hazard
