Description

Cars parking on grass in front of Hamilton Hotel, bricks along edge of Old Canton Street and Park are all torn up. I've reported this issue previously and it continues to get worse. Evenings are really bad which is probably why Code Enforcement doesn't see the issue. Evidence of this repeated violation is clear by viewing the bricks along the edge of the road
